COM (change of mind) Return Policy:
The product must be unopened and in brand new condition, with the return to be organised by the customer. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). An additional return charge, which is same cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to delivery failure caused by customer error. For the health and safety of our staff and other customers, we are unable to accept returns of personal use items.

Shipping and Delivery

• Items will be shipped within 3 days through the use of various couriers including Sendle, Uber Parcel and local services.
• Item tracking info, where available, will be provided.
• Public holidays may affect delivery lead times.
• Delivery times may be impacted by adverse weather conditions.
• Additional transit days may be required for remote areas.
• Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes.
• Post code delivery restrictions may apply for certain items.

Returns

• Returns for change of mind are not accepted. Please choose your item carefully before placing orders.
• Returns for warranty claim can be made based on period specified in Product Page.
• Where a period is not specified, 1 year warranty applies.
• Please email returns@cheekypossum.com.au to initiate the return process.  
• Shipping label will be provided on acceptance of return request.
• On receipt of returned item, it may be sent to manufacturer for assessment and repair.
• Item may be either repaired, replaced or refunded based on assessment.
• Nothing in this policy limits any of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
• Please securely pack the items you intend to return in a box.
• If you are using the original packaging, be sure to remove the delivery label.
