Each piece features unique characteristics from the tree it was grown from, with knots, marks, textures and tones all slightly different and varied. Each Alphabet Letter Train is individually wrapped to protect it in transit.

Returns

• Returns for change of mind are not accepted. Please choose your item carefully before placing orders.

• Shipping label will be provided on acceptance of return request.
• On receipt of returned item, it may be sent to manufacturer for assessment and repair.
